MHouse Four is a year-round home with a usable area of 113 m². It is designed on the basis of a modular steel structure with framed walls from construction wood C24 and a combination of flat and gable roof. This home consists of two kitchen-bedroom modules linked by a joint with a dining and living room area.

Interior:
Fully functional interior comprises three double bedrooms, a big living room with dining area, a fitted kitchen, two fully equipped bathrooms with toilets and showers and a dressing/housekeeping room.
Facade:
Facade finish in two colour options: natural wood or black stained wood.
Roof:
The gable roof is covered with seam metal sheet descending on the front facade. The joining element has a flat roof.
Interior wall finish:
Interior wall finish is available in several material options: board, LVT or wallpaper – to be individually agreed.
